• We can use the shown font or any of the fonts from the last image of the listing - please provide the required details in the "Add your personalization" section upon checkout.
• In case no font will be provided - we will use the fonts as shown on the photos.
• If no other directions will be given we will use the circle logo.

❖ We can engrave either the same or different text on each side of the label as per your request.
❖ In case you're interested in another font for your text or you're going to use your logo, just send us your design in any available format as an attachment via Etsy conversations.

# PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME #

Usually, we prepare the design of your tags in 1-2 business days from the moment of placing the order. We need about 2-3 days to make your labels after accepting the design. Remember to check your messages on Etsy! We often send additional questions during the design process. The faster we fix all the details, the sooner the finished labels get to you! :)
During the holiday period and in the pre-Christmas period the production time could have been longer - please check the details in the listing description.

**Free shipping does NOT INCLUDE TRACKING NUMBER and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If the item is required in less than 4 weeks, you must upgrade to tracked shipping to ensure arrival in time. **



Returns and Exchanges

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
