Refunds

  • Refunds will not include perishable products (like food or flowers), digital downloads, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), custom made, or specially quoted items, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your shipment and will respond with an approval or rejection of your refund.
    Items not returned in original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Litha Exclusives will be subject to a partial refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
    To initiate a return, contact Litha Exclusives within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers have 30 days of delivery for dispatch items back, after that all sales are final.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please try to contact your bank as it often requires some processing time before a refund is listed or posted.

  • If you have done the listed options and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for any postage costs.

  • If product is damaged, defective or not properly functioning, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Cancel

  • If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter.

  • If a customer wishes to cancel an order of a custom product that is already in production are subject to cancelation fee.

  • Cancelled orders after item has been shipped are subject to restock fee plus shipping costs.
